About the role
- About Delightree Delightree is the Franchise Operating System for modern, multi-unit brands.
- Training, communication, compliance, audits, tasks, and execution all live in one place so brands can scale faster, operate consistently, and gain real visibility into performance across every location.
- This is a hands-on builder role focused on HubSpot and the broader GTM stack across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- $4M+ ARR, growing 3x, and building the infrastructure to take the company from a 4-rep founder-led motion to a 20+ rep scalable revenue machine.
- We move fast, reward ownership, and are looking for operators who want to build, not just manage.
- Why We're Hiring We're hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the systems behind our go-to-market team.
- This person will own systems architecture, integrations, automations, and tool execution to improve speed, productivity, and data accuracy across GTM.
- They will work closely with our Sales Ops Analyst, who owns core reporting and process support.
