About the role
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of renewable generation equipment to achieve safe, efficient, and environmentally sound plant operations.
- Provides balance of plant activities including inspections, maintenance and repair of both equipment and roads.
- Assists with site vegetation mitigation plans including running tractors, riding mowers, and other vegetation maintenance equipment.
Responsibilities
- Performs corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance and operations for which they are qualified to perform for equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use computer applications and software programs to extract data, analyze trends and report status to ensure plant reliability and efficiency. Produce, revise, and maintain records, technical reports, procedures, and plant drawings.

Requirements
- Electrical experience working on/near various voltages ranging from 24V to 34.5kV and working knowledge of voltages above 34.5kV recommended.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical or mechanical fundamentals (single craft journeyman skills) such as electrical measurements, control circuits, and solid-state theory application
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required.
- Associate degree in related technical field (e.g., electronics, engineering technology) or equivalent Journeyman qualifications is desired.

Compensation
- Base Salary from $35/hr-$50/hr.
