Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee company operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Operation al Managers.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services and fostering repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales department to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Extensive Experience in Vertical Rock Drilling and Electrical Civil Support Services including electrical Transmission, Distribution and Substation

10 + years of experience in construction service management.
10 + years of proven experience in construction business management.

Strong knowledge of operational processes, safety regulations, and project management best practices.

Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, and walk.
The employee is occasionally required to climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl.
The employee occasionally is required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and to walk up to ½ mile daily.
