About the role
- With over 180 employed and affiliate clinicians and over 100 clinics and affiliate locations of care across five states and growing, TOI is changing oncology for the better.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local clinic teams, APPs, and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient experiences.
- Support mentorship and training within local teams when assigned.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
- Active or eligible licensure in one or more of TOI's service states (CA, NV, AZ, OR, FL).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary, value-based environments.
- Willingness to travel and work at multiple TOI locations.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1-year post-fellowship experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation
- Fall in love with your work at The Oncology Institute? If you convert to full-time employment, you will be eligible to receive a $100,000 Sign on Bonus.
