About the role

You will play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, and the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes.
Write CNC programs using the latest version of Mastercam.

Use solid models and detailed prints from Creo or Mastercam to develop work holding and tooling.
Develop detailed work instructions as needed.
Support operations with problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
Maintain configuration management by properly naming and saving electronic files and programs.
Complete all work assignments, design, and development projects with minimal supervision.
Expert knowledge of CNC machining, including: 3-axis and 5-axis milling Single- and dual-spindle turning EDM machining Proven ability to read engineering drawings, interpret GD&T, composite tolerances, and support dimensional inspection requirements.
Thorough understanding of fixture and workholding design utilizing SMED principles.

Experience supporting additive manufacturing production environments.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with ERP or MES systems.
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
