About the role

- Oversee management of IT systems and devices including desktop computers, servers, network equipment and Microsoft Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Ensure that the projects are deployed as a highly professional service that meets the needs of the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support, follow-through, and follow-up.
- Execute server and cloud projects, perform advanced troubleshooting of technical problems, and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain knowledgebase of system information, changes, and updates.
- Contribute to building better processes and workflows through your ideas, suggestions and script automation.
- Understand the wider environment in which AXICOM operates and help maintain the company values and culture in all relationships.
Requirements

- MCSA, MCSE, A+, Network+ or equivalent certification(s) preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Skills
- Microsoft Windows Professional, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Office 365
- Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory Services and Intune
- Intermediate knowledge Active Directory administration and Group Policy
- Advanced knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and Remote Desktop
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity principles and general techniques to protect against various cyber threats
- Antivirus, anti-malware and data backup management
- HP/Compaq, Lenovo and Dell server and desktop hardware
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a true client advocate
- Professional attitude, presentation, and demeanor
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation
- Work Location: remote, onsite or hybrid; corporate office is located in Westlake Village, CA (no compensation of relocation expenses); candidate must reside in the US.
