Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting strategy and execution for assigned partner schools, including relationship management, recruiting plans, and candidate pipeline development.
- Build and maintain partnerships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other campus stakeholders to support talent attraction efforts.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition colleagues to develop candidate slates, provide market insights, and support hiring decisions.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, academic institutions, or external recruiting partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, early-career talent acquisition, or recruiting
- or Advanced Degree and 2+ years of experience in the same areas.

Nice to have
- Experience partnering with national student or professional organizations and early-identification talent programs.

- Experience using Workday, Paradox, Handshake, or similar recruiting technologies.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
