About the role

  • We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Fleet Specialist to join our overnight operations team.
  • You'll play a critical role in keeping our rideshare fleet clean, safe, and ready to roll every morning.
  • This position bridges the gap between our PM and AM operations, ensuring every vehicle is properly received, maintained, and launched without downtime.

Responsibilities

  • End-of-Shift Support (PM Close)
  • Perform light interior cleaning (vacuuming, wipe-downs) and restock basic supplies.
  • Maintain garage cleanliness, tool organization, and inventory of supplies.
  • Morning Launch Support (AM Start)
  • Administrative Support
  • Report and document incidents, driver notes, or missing items.
  • Support the operations team with ad-hoc fleet or logistics tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a garage environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Nice to have

  • Background in automotive service, fleet operations, or logistics strongly preferred.
