About the role

  • The Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for overseeing several development subcontracts within the Quantum Sensing Solutions (QSS) group.
  • This highly collaborative role sits at the intersection of program management, contracts, subcontract administration, and technical development teams throughout the program execution lifecycle.
  • This position is an extremely high impact leadership role that directly impacts QSS and Infleqtion growth across government, national security, aerospace, and other markets.

Responsibilities

  • This role will lead strategic suppliers and subcontractors supporting major programs.
  • Core Responsibilities Supplier and Subcontract Management · Lead strategic suppliers and subcontractors supporting major programs. ·
  • Manage subcontract performance against:
  • Cost, Schedule, Technical requirements, and Quality requirements · Develop supplier execution plans and recovery plans. · Conduct supplier reviews and performance assessments. · Escalate and resolve supplier issues.
  • Financial Management · Track subcontract budgets and commitments. · Support Estimates at Completion (EACs) and manage subcontract funding. · Analyze cost variances and forecast impacts to the program.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with electro-optical and/or photonic development efforts is preferred.

Compensation

  • $160k-$180k
