Responsibilities

  • Assist department in developing and executing design concepts for all internal training programs through visual storytelling and creative solutions
  • Meet and partner with interdepartmental and cross-functional colleagues to gather all necessary information in order to accurately and efficiently execute all tools
  • Conduct market/competitive research and industry trends in graphic and digital design
  • The Graphic Design Coordinator helps to develop and design training programs for Retail, Customer Care and Wholesale employees.
  • They have a keen eye for design and are familiar with current design trends and best practices for both digital and print.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Adobe CC
  • High level of InDesign skills required
  • High degree of integrity
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in design, retail a plus
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms/Learning Management Systems a plus
  • Agile, with the ability to multi-task and manage time well

Nice to have

  • Basic Premiere Pro/After Effects video editing skills a plus
  • Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus

Skills

  • They are responsible for assisting in the ideation and creation of all in-store training tools as they relate to product and selling.
