Responsibilities
- Partner with UX, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and other Product teams to champion the customer and deliver high-impact product experiences.
- Lead products and capabilities from initial discovery and validation through definition, development, launch, analysis, and continuous iteration.

- You'll join a high-caliber squad of designers and engineers building everything from tailored, persona-based solutions to the scalable infrastructure that powers them-including intelligent features that leverage AI.
- We aren't just looking for a "feature-shipper"; we need a strategic partner who thrives on technical complexity and maintains a relentless obsession with elegant user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 5+ years of software Product Management experience, with a proven track record of building successful B2B SaaS products and driving meaningful business outcomes.
- Exceptional product judgment, with the ability to identify important customer problems, evaluate emerging opportunities, and balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and UX to navigate technical complexity and translate complicated workflows into simple, intuitive, and polished experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience leading new product discovery, rapid prototyping, or innovation initiatives in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
- Experience designing and interpreting product experiments, including A/B tests, multivariate tests, prototypes, and other methods for validating customer and business impact.
- Comfort navigating complex quantitative and qualitative data to uncover behavioral insights and inform product strategy and prioritization.
- Experience mentoring Product Managers or helping teams improve product discovery, experimentation, evaluation, or product development practices.
