About the role
- The mission of the KAM DC is to drive strategic revenue growth by securing large-scale DC charging projects, shaping market opportunities through early influence, and building long-term partnerships with key accounts in sectors such as Charge Point Operators (CPOs), utilities, large fleets, and government/public infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage large, complex deals involving multi-site deployments and long sales cycles.
- Build and grow relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
- Negotiate and secure framework and master service agreements to create recurring project pipelines.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies and plans to meet revenue, market share, and profitability goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Strategic Partners (e.g., strategic channels or OEM partners)
Nice to have
- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or EV charging.
- Proven experience managing large, complex deals (multi-stakeholder, tender-based).
- Strong track record in Key Account Management with CPOs, utilities, or public sector clients.
- Familiarity with public tender processes, regulatory frameworks, and large contract negotiations.
- Previous experience in consultative or solution selling (hardware + software + services).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Based in Canada.
