Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks, including Critical Control Point (CCP) verifications, and identify and escalate product or process issues.
- Support team operations by communicating effectively, assisting with training, and preparing for upcoming production needs.
- A hands-on production role with opportunities to develop skills across multiple food processing areas.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A work environment that includes regular physical activity, required PPE, and exposure to varying production conditions, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals.

Nice to have
- Forklift experience preferred, and basic computer or ERP system familiarity is a plus.
Compensation
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
- Shift Differential: Yes - $1.50 per hour
