About the role
- Our client, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager within their Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization.
- The role requires strong product management chops, fluency in data analytics and healthcare data, and the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specs for data science and engineering teams
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and design to translate requirements into actionable concepts and solutions
- Lead the design and development of backend data and analytics architecture (scalability, reliability, performance)
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses
- Own technical documentation including data flow diagrams and architecture specifications
- 3+ years collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams to deliver impactful analytics tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on analytics or data-driven products.
- 5+ years' experience demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- 3+ years' experience supporting the development of data visualization tools, with particular emphasis on Tableau.
- 3+ years' experience working in Agile environments, using product management and delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Contribute to overall product strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives Required Qualifications
Nice to have
- Experience in or with the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, particularly supporting commercial, clinical, or market access analytics.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) is required.
- Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, MPH, or MBA) is preferred.
- 3+ years working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence Preferred Qualifications

- $107k-$284k
