About the role
- We're looking for a full-time Head of Engineering.
- As a member of the Leadership team, you will report directly to our co-founder and CEO.
Responsibilities
- make build-vs-buy and architectural decisions that balance speed with long-term leverage.
- Team building + coaching: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a diverse team of 5 → 20+ engineers across full-stack, product, infra disciplines
- own scalability, security, and compliance for Fortune-500 data workloads.
- More than 90% of all the enterprise data in the world lives in unstructured data, be it spreadsheets, PDFs, or documents.
- We see an incredible opportunity to be the AI document automation platform to eliminate the manual data entry work that persists across thousands of large enterprises today.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software-engineering experience, including 3+ years managing and leading multi-team orgs in high-growth startups or fast growing teams.
- Proven record scaling products from 0 → 1 → N, ideally in data-heavy domains.
