Requirements
- This role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience with Rippling, strong multi-state payroll compliance knowledge, and the ability to correct missing state tax IDs, remediate data issues, and streamline workflows across HRIS and finance applications.
- Preferred Skills - Experience with Rippling integrations, GL mapping, and payroll journal syncs. - Background in HR Operations, Payroll, or Finance Systems. - Experience in short-term consulting or rapid-deployment cleanup projects. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Compensation
- Compensation The salary range for this role is USD $30-$35/hour.
