About the role
- Metro Vein Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare practice specializing in state-of-the-art vein treatments.
- As the Office / Clinic Manager, you will be the driving force behind a well-run clinic, responsible for the leadership, operations, and culture that define the patient and team experience.
- This role requires a strong operational leader who is proactive, service-oriented, and committed to driving performance and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly 1:1s, attend monthly leadership meetings, and participate in off-site quarterly team gatherings
- Communicate and implement updated policies and procedural changes
- Manage supply ordering, inventory tracking, and monthly facility audits
- Monitor clinic cleanliness, organization, and building maintenance needs
Requirements
- Proficiency in using scheduling, reporting, or office management tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, not required
Compensation
- + Quarterly performance bonuses up to $2000.00
