Are you passionate about creating optimized production schedules that improve delivery performance and manufacturing efficiency?
Our manufacturing and supply chain teams play a critical role in delivering high-quality products while maintaining operational excellence.

Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Have the ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives or projects.

Have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
You are translating sales forecasts and firm customer orders into achievable mid- and long-term production plans while balancing manufacturing constraints across Standard, Special, and Nuclear value streams.

Have proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing planning tools.
Have strong data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Have practical experience performing Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
Have strong system discipline and attention to detail.
Have experience supporting production planning, inventory control, and order management processes.
