Responsibilities
- Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Have the ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives or projects.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- You are translating sales forecasts and firm customer orders into achievable mid- and long-term production plans while balancing manufacturing constraints across Standard, Special, and Nuclear value streams.
Nice to have
- Have APICS / ASCM Certification (CPIM or CSCP).
- Technical Requirements
Skills
- Have proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing planning tools.
- Have strong data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
- Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Have practical experience performing Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
- Have strong system discipline and attention to detail.
- Have experience supporting production planning, inventory control, and order management processes.
