We are seeking in-house Corporate Counsel to join our rapidly growing team, focused on commercial and contracts compliance for partners in support of our pre-sales processes.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the relevant State Bar.
Experience sourcing and implementing technology solutions to increase collaboration, visibility and compliant management of the function, such as contract lifecycle management systems.
Exceptional judgment and ability to balance legal risk with practical, business-oriented solutions.
ability to translate legal concepts into actionable advice.

3+ years of experience practicing law in an internationally/nationally-recognized law firm or in-house legal department (a mix of law firm and in-house experience is strongly preferred).

Competitive Salary: The targeted range for this role is $145,000 - $185,000 per year to reflect desired level and core requirements.
