Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings a combination of software delivery expertise, quality assurance knowledge, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, product management, quality assurance, or software delivery leadership.
- Proven experience managing Agile software delivery projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC processes, and release management practices.
- Experience working with cloud-based software platforms and modern development environments.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, test management tools, SQL fundamentals, API testing concepts, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Git, REST APIs, automation testing frameworks, or product analytics tools is an asset.
