Responsibilities
- Manage labor effectively for entire shift
- Drive plant operations and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably in non-climate-controlled environments
- Possess a working knowledge of TPS concepts e.g. workplace organization/5S, root cause analysis
