Responsibilities
- Own marketplace levers that help us scale.Work with product, marketing, and operations to balance growth, available capacity, and customer experience, and measure the results.
- Diagnose problems and drive improvements.
- Investigate changes in marketplace performance, identify the underlying drivers, and develop a plan of action.
- Work with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to implement changes and evaluate their impact.
- Develop the analyses and decision processes that guide aircraft allocation and match demand with delivery capacity.
- Partner with Operations to identify constraints, evaluate tradeoffs, and put allocation decisions into practice.
- Build repeatable ways of working.
- Drive projects independently. Given a defined business problem, determine the approach, align cross-functional partners, and manage execution with minimal oversight. Take accountability for results and, over time, identify the next problems we should solve.
- Take on broader marketplace initiatives. Depending on business priorities and your strengths, own work such as analyzing price data and testing pricing or promotions
- building growth plans with Marketing to determine what to activate, scale, or pause
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets, with experience using a business intelligence or visualization tool.
