Responsibilities
- Own major features end-to-end, from architecture decisions through production release.
- Build reliable, performant systems across our core workflows using Python/Django, React, and AWS.
- Collaborate directly with product, ops, and design to define what gets built and why.
- 3+ years building reliable, secure software in production.
- Familiarity with legal tech, document processing, or data-heavy workflows.
- We're building the software to fix it.
- As a Member of the Technical Staff at Finch, you'll own critical features end-to-end, ship fast, and work directly alongside product, ops, and design in a codebase where your decisions matter from day one.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and React, or demonstrably fast at picking up new stacks.
- Experience with Django, AWS, or OpenAI APIs.
