About the role

  • Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress, adapt instruction to meet group learning needs, and provide constructive feedback.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Work closely with school-site coordinators and classroom teachers to align tutoring efforts with current school curriculum.

Responsibilities

  • Group Instruction: Deliver high-quality academic tutoring and enrichment to small groups of K-6 students.
  • Curriculum Delivery: Implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that reinforce core subjects (reading, writing, and mathematics).
  • Group Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and encouraging classroom environment that keeps young learners focused and motivated.
  • In this role, you will provide vital academic support to elementary students (grades K-6) in an engaging, in-person group setting.
  • Deliver high-quality academic tutoring and enrichment to small groups of K-6 students.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing academic tutoring, teaching, or similar instructional support (specifically working with elementary-aged youth in group environments).
  • Must be available to work strictly in-person at our designated school site.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect naturally with children, parents, and school staff.
  • & Requirements Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing academic tutoring, teaching, or similar instructional support (specifically working with elementary-aged youth in group environments).
  • Delivery Mode: Must be available to work strictly in-person at our designated school site.
