Responsibilities

  • Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, and users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
  • Train the operations team on the use of systems, acting as the key interface with the team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner
  • Own your city: Take full ownership of your city's performance and see the direct results of your ideas and execution every single day.
