Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support and functional enhancements across ERP, MES, LIMS, and related business systems.
- Support CSV activities, documentation, test execution, and SDLC compliance.
- Manage application access/security, user provisioning, logs, and compliance records.
- Support data warehouse and ETL processes (Talend, SSIS) for reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate with HQ, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Diagnose system issues, perform hot fixes, monitor performance, and evaluate new solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for end users.
- This techno-functional role supports system performance, compliance, integrations, application security, and GxP/FDA-regulated operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years supporting ERP/MES/LIMS or pharma manufacturing systems.
- Working knowledge of GxP, CSV, FDA, SDLC.
- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2), ETL (Talend, SSIS), and data modeling.
Nice to have
- Master's preferred.
- Experience with Infor M3, Labvantage, MasterControl Mx strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required
