About the role
- The role emphasizes supporting production and warehouse employees across hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations, while also owning onboarding coordination for office employees and supporting sales training logistics.
- Payroll responsibilities will be introduced and expanded over time in partnership with Finance and HR leadership.
- This position will continue to grow into broader HR Generalist responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR support for production and warehouse employees across the employee lifecycle, in partnership with the Senior HR Generalist
- Lead high-volume recruiting for production/warehouse roles
- Partner with supervisors and operations leaders on hiring decisions
- Manage candidate communication and experience
- Own onboarding for all production/warehouse new hires
- Support early employee experience (first 30-60-90 days)
- Support employee relations in conjunction with the Senior HR Generalist

Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with employees and supervisors across all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Ability to balance administrative execution with employee-facing HR support
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of HR experience (Coordinator or Generalist preferred)
- Experience with payroll processing preferred
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or LMS systems preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
