About the role
- As a Software Engineer, Applied AI on Mercor's Enterprise team, you'll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success.
- The work spans everything from architecting integrations and writing production-grade code to deploying scalable solutions in production environments, always tied closely to measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- We partner with leading AI labs and enterprises to provide the human intelligence essential to AI development.
- You'll collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to deliver systems that directly shape how AI-powered human intelligence integrates into complex enterprises.
- Architect and implement custom integrations, APIs, and workflows on top of Mercor's platform.
- Deploy scalable solutions in client environments and drive successful launches and expansions.
