About the role

  • Assistant Production Operator - Starting Wage is $19.00 per hour + up to 1.50 s/d!
  • The Spartech Greenville Facility produces a plethora of specialty products ranging from high quality PETG face shields and covid barriers to specialty Flame Retardant Royalite® products used in aerospace and transportation applications.
  • Essential Job Duties Ensure polymer resin preparation, material modifications, accurate data collection.

Responsibilities

  • We are currently looking for an Assistant Operator to join our production team to support our variety of customers.
  • Provide support to new product design and process development.
  • Perform minor mechanical repairs to lab equipment when needed.
  • Ability to effectively analyze, problem solve, determine the best solution, and effectively implement idea (s) using creative thinking and technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Accurately maintain process conditions and all other required paperwork, or records.
  • Key Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must have a high level of initiative with the ability to work independently.
