10+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in a professional services firm
Minimum of 5+ years strategic business development experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and/or marketing

Work with Human Resources and senior sales leadership, designs sales incentive compensation programs that provide market-competitive pay, reinforce sales organization strategy, and align with business and sales organization objectives.
