About the role

  • Completes patient care timely and accurately based on the prescribed plan of care in conjunction with the Registered Nurse
  • Completes documentation according to specific hospital policy
  • Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits

Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing assistance to patient utilizing each patient's physical, psychological, cultural, nutritional, and functional needs under the supervision of the registered nurse
  • Performs clerical / receptionist functions on the nursing units

Nice to have

  • Currently certified by the state of Illinois as a CNA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous hospital experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • $18k-$21k
