Review facilities designs/standards to ensure compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
Use systematic project management methodology to develop, prioritize, and manage projects, assist in projects to ensure work is completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
Provide consultation and technical support to Operations, Maintenance, SCADA, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments/sites.
Lead or support benchmark activities on operational, procedural, engineering, and facilities systems.
Ability to interpret blueprints and other construction documents.

3+ years of experience in an HVAC environment.
3+ years in a supervisory or coordinating role in a facilities environment.
Associate or bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience in a HVAC environment.
3+ years in a supervisory or coordinating role in semiconductor manufacturing.
3+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.

Actively participate in the environmental health safety (EHS) program by reporting all EHS-related concerns or problems immediately.
