About the role

  • As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and presenting top-tier talent for leadership and mission-critical positions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop industry knowledge and stay informed on hiring trends, market conditions, and talent movement.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within recruiting systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes.
  • Comfortable building relationships and engaging with professionals over the phone and through outreach efforts.
  • You will build relationships with candidates, develop expertise within a specialized industry, and help connect professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
  • DRI partners with organizations throughout North America to recruit, acquire, and retain high-impact talent for mission-critical positions.

Requirements
