About the role

  • We are looking for an experienced Principal to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously, build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and PE partners, and contribute significantly to firm growth and innovation.
  • We partner with PE firms managing more than US$400B in assets and are rapidly expanding globally.
  • Across PE portfolio companies, we drive 3% to 5% EBITDA uplift, accelerate roll-ups through standardized data and KPI frameworks, and maintain continuous exit readiness with high-fidelity performance instrumentation.
  • As a Principal, you will have end-to-end accountability for engagement success, lead teams of analytics professionals, and play an active role in business development and thought leadership.

Compensation
