About the role

Responsibilities
- Your success isn't just measured in flawless documentation or well-organized data-it's in the trust you build, the clarity you bring, and the impact you make in helping every patient receive the highest level of care.
- Physician Support (40%)
- Real-time support during patient encounters
Requirements
- Master's degree and an active PA or NP license.
- 5-10 years of experience in high-touch, service-oriented patient care environments.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, proactively managing and prioritizing a high volume of time-sensitive tasks.

Compensation
- 💰 $140,000 - $175,000. Compensation is based on factors including geographic location, experience, skill set, and interview performance.
- Early Medical also extends this policy to every phase of the employment process including, but not limited to, recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, training and development, position elimination, restructuring, promotion, compensation, benefits, layoffs, termination, and all other conditions or privileges of employment.
- Expected Pay Range
- $140,000 - $175,000 USD
