Responsibilities

  • Partner with product leaders to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and use cases.
  • Lead the lifecycle of AI-native and AI-enabled products from ideation through launch.
  • Assess market trends and client needs to drive differentiated AI capabilities.
  • Develop product requirements, business cases, and functional specifications.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Lead client validation efforts through pilots, beta programs, and user feedback.
  • The AI Initiatives Product Manager will work horizontally across the product portfolio, partnering with product managers and functional leads to prioritize and deliver high-impact AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in product management experience, with recent experience (1-2 years) working on AI/ML or generative AI-driven products
  • Progressive experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and LLMs.
  • Experience working with data science and engineering teams on AI-driven products.
  • Experience in agile/scrum environments managing cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Required bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or related field
  • advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

  • The Rockville, Maryland expected base pay range is $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
