Responsibilities
- Support the integration of marketing channels into the CDP and manage ad hoc CDP requests and initiatives. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within established governance frameworks to ensure a trusted, unified customer view.
- Partner with marketing and business teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact CDP use cases including audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and personalization.
- Drive activation of unified customer profiles across channels to deliver outcomes like increased repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
- Support the integration of marketing channels into the CDP and manage ad hoc CDP requests and initiatives.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within established governance frameworks to ensure a trusted, unified customer view.
- Sitting at the intersection of marketing technology and customer intelligence, this role partners closely with CRM, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to activate unified customer data, driving personalization, lifecycle marketing, and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, customer analytics, or marketing technology
- Familiarity with CDPs, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels
- comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences
Compensation
- Base pay is $80,000-$90,000.
