- The Compliance Paralegal plays a key role in supporting the company's global compliance and ethics program.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain compliance program materials, including policies, procedures, reports, certifications, and related communications.
- Support data privacy activities, including management of data subject rights requests, privacy documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Respond to compliance audit requests and help maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Draft, review, and organize legal and compliance-related documents, correspondence, presentations, policies, and agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives, investigations, audits, and special projects.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal and Compliance teams and assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate with relevant experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Review documents and materials for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; conduct legal and compliance research as required.
- Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate with relevant experience; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them through completion.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate, compliance, and/or litigation paralegal experience
- knowledge of due diligence, records retention, privacy, and data protection practices preferred.
Compensation
- $65,520.00-$82,940.00
