Responsibilities

  • DemandPDX is a Salesforce Crest [Gold] Partner and a Shopify Plus Partner with the #1 Highest Ratings for Salesforce Commerce Cloud on Salesforce AppExchange.
  • Do you enjoy catching bugs before they hit production and helping developers deliver their best work?
  • As the QA lead for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our SFCC solutions across a wide portfolio of client brands.
  • Your role is essential in helping us deliver clean, reliable, high-performing digital experiences.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation based on user stories and technical specs.
  • Track and document bugs in Jira, and collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Support internal quality processes and help define best practices for SFCC QA workflows.

Requirements

  • Requirements 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years focused on eCommerce testing (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience required).
  • Strong understanding of web application testing concepts including HTTP, REST, cookies, session handling, etc.
