Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that drive business value, cost optimization, operational performance, and financial decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and govern Ontario Operations First Principles Cost Review (FPCR) and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) models and frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement, reporting standardization, financial controls, and best practices across the Ontario Operations FP&A function.
  • Lead cross-functional special projects, evaluating financial impacts, challenging assumptions, and ensuring successful implementation of value-generating initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Technical Services, and Business Planning teams to support integrated business planning and long-term strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in related role.
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economy, Business, Finance or a related field.
