Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of Management, the Delivery Coordinator supports the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of medications to facilities. Ensures customer service standards are met for facilities and patients we service.
  • Work Ethic/Integrity - must possess intrinsic drive to excel coupled with values in line with company philosophy
  • Leadership - ability to lead project teams to deadlines, while maintaining strong team orientation
  • Strategy and Planning - ability to think ahead, plan and manage time efficiently
  • Support delivery drivers to deliver correct patient medications to facilities in a timely manner
  • Under the direction of Management, the Delivery Coordinator supports the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of medications to facilities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other functional areas to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)
  • Knowledge of routing and training drivers
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Problem Solving. ability to analyze causes and solve problems at both a strategic and functional level
  • Team Oriented. ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all team members
  • Attributes Required:
  • May monitor vehicle maintenance and inspection records; notify supervisor of any required repairs or servicing.
  • Proficient in computer applications related to department operations and job function.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Driver's License
  • Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements), preferred (or willing to obtain)

Compensation

  • Compensation: $20 - $21 an hour
