About the role
- Define and enforce a program code of conduct that ensures a safe, comfortable and healthy environment.
- Set standards and motivate Coordinators and vendors to elevate the experience and resolve on-site issues before they escalate.
- Capacity planning tied to the construction schedule
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive vendor evaluations, monitoring budget, facility SLAs, and resident-experience KPIs, to ensure consistent service delivery and mandate corrective action plans when performance slips.
- Surface capacity, cost, and lead time gaps early with the numbers to back them up before they become site problems.
- Partner with construction and real estate to stay ahead of shifting housing demand.
- Partner with Procurement on every RFP, vendor selection, and contract negotiation so sourcing runs through the right channel and budget objectives are met.

Compensation
- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $110,000 - $135,000 + Bonus.
- Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Company info
- A proven operator who has stood up and run complex, multi-stakeholder programs, ideally in construction, energy, hospitality, remote facilities, or large-scale logistics.
- Someone who builds processes from scratch, including SOPs, playbooks, reporting rhythms, and clear decision rights.
- Strong commercial and financial fluency, comfortable owning models, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
- Sharp judgment on quality and a low tolerance for "close enough" when crews depend on the outcome.
- A clear, credible communicator with executives who is equally comfortable onsite solving problems in person.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring field or site-based teams, with a focus on coaching performance and maintaining high service standards.
- Based in Dallas, with willingness to travel to sites as needed.
- Direct multisite hospitality, remote facility, or remote-site accommodation experience
- Experience negotiating and managing large multi-year service agreements
- Familiarity with large scale construction scheduling and labor curve planning
