About the role
- The Massachusetts Promise Fellowship (MPF) is a full-time AmeriCorps program housed out of the Office of Community Service and Civic Engagement at Northeastern University.
- Attend all Fellow meetings, retreats, and events
- Serve as a mediator for personnel matters, including conflict management, disputes, and performance management
Responsibilities
- Fellow Support & Program Management
- Manage and support a portfolio of 10-14 community partner sites and Fellows through regular check-ins, site visits, and progress reports
- Manage and support all Fellows in successfully completing program requirements
- Manage 1-2 Senior Fellows
- Design reports and communications focused on program impact
- Support Fellows in completing data collection requirements
- Manage the Fellow service hour tracking system, monthly reporting, and program evaluations
- Lead 10-14 Fellow site visits annually
- Co-lead trainings for members on leadership development and program requirements
- Lead program data collection requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience supporting and coaching young professionals
- Experience and interest in research, data collection, and analysis
- Knowledge of or interest in principles and practices of evaluation and assessment
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Complete required AmeriCorps reports
Compensation
- Support Director in writing annual federal grant application
