Responsibilities
- This role serves as a strategic business partner to sales, product management, and engineering to bring products to market, influence go-to-market priorities, and support ongoing product performance across key channels.
- Marketing Manager translates technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and leads marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading direct reports and agency partners, and cross-functional initiatives Experience owning marketing strategy across product lines, channels, or customer segments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills with the ability to align marketing priorities and plans to business goals and commercial outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue drivers, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Ability to use data, market insights, and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve results.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into relevant marketing strategies, messaging, and value propositions.

Compensation
- $121,300.00 - $190,630.00 USD Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
