Requirements

Nice to have
- Experience working in or understanding of a GMP environment.
- Knowledge in current standards of control system platforms and computer system validation.
- A demonstrated capability to interact well with peers and senior personnel in multidisciplinary teams involving scientific, engineering, and operational disciplines
- Ability to communicate problems and escalations to peers within the Automation team as well as other stakeholders
- Shows the aptitude for prioritization and multi tasking to ensure the team is meeting the needs of stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work and succeed in a team environment
- Able to function productively with minimal supervision

Skills
- BS/BA in engineering, life sciences, biology
- 2+ years of experience working in or understanding of a GMP environment
- Drive continuous improvement and support capital projects.
- Work in a way that models respect for safety and EHS, quality compliance, data integrity, and engineering standards.
