Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship 3+ years of professional HVAC Tech experience and knowledge in the construction field OSHA 30-hour construction certification Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Work at heights and climb ladders.
Work in confined spaces.
Work in high temperatures.
Work in a noisy environment.
Work may involve potential hazardous exposures such as asbestos, machine parts, soot, dirt, grease, chemicals, oil, and fumes.
Ability to function safely while wearing a respirator - Work requiring an OSHA-approved respirator and proper fit tested.
