About the role
- Summary of Responsibilities The Construction Field Superintendent coordinates all activities on a jobsite(s), including scheduling, safety, security, and direction of the labor forces.
- Coordinates and schedules subcontractor activities including 3 & 6 week look ahead schedules.
- Reviews and understands project scopes and budgets.
Requirements
- Ability to observe, visually and audibly, events at the jobsite(s).
- Ability to communicate professionally with management, workforce, subcontractors, owners, and visitors.
- Ability to coordinate field labor in a cost-effective manner.
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum of 5 year of experience with Water & Wastewater projects
- Working knowledge and experience in all phases of construction.
