Responsibilities
- Support the marketing efforts of the program
- Maintain lobby marketing materials supply
- Administrative support to Advisor(s)
- Maintain advisor(s) calendar
- Manage phone calls for advisor(s)
- Create and manage contact information
- Support success of program
- Support TWMS Compliance initiatives
- Maintain confidential member information by adhering to TWMS's policies and procedures for data security and privacy
- This position is responsible for scheduling appointments for members, Associate Financial Professional, Financial Service Representatives, and/or Lead Financial Professional, marketing the Wealth Management Solutions program to Credit Union employees and members, as well as performing administrative functions in support of the Wealth Management Solutions program.
Requirements
- Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently.
- Previous experience with Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Also include any required licenses and/or designations.

Compensation
- may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
- In addition to your base pay, your position may be eligible for an annual incentive (bonus) plan.

- $37,400.00 - $62,300.00
