As a Backend Software Developer within Digital Advice, you will play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing high-visibility client-facing applications that support a rapidly growing customer base.
You will collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for clients and the business.
Demonstrated experience applying Backend Development skills to design, build, test, and maintain scalable software solutions.
Experience applying software design principles, patterns, and development best practices to meet business and technical requirements.
Experience developing, validating, and maintaining software components throughout the software development lifecycle.
Demonstrated Analytical Thinking skills and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.
Experience influencing peers, building collaborative relationships, and contributing to team effectiveness.
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to perform effectively in changing business and technology environments.

What you have Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or application development using C# and.NET technologies.
Demonstrated proficiency in Software Testing practices to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale applications in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
