About the role
- We are hiring Powder Coaters / Industrial Painters to join our manufacturing team.
- In this role, you will apply powder coatings to metal products using an airless spray gun, operate powder coating equipment, and load and unload the powder coat line.
- This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in powder coating, industrial painting, manufacturing, or production environments who are committed to producing high-quality finished products.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on powder coating equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Requirements
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16".
- Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
- Must be able to wear a respirator and required PPE.
- Wear required PPE, including a respirator and dust mask.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
- Experience operating powder coat ovens or airless spray equipment is a plus.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
